Maya 2015 on Windows XP 64 SP2

I would like to know if MAYA 2015 will work on "Windows XP 64 SP2" ?

(i know that Yeti and Naiad are not working on it for example)

Apologies but no, Autodesk Maya 2015 will be compatible with Windows 7 and newer. Please see the system requirements for further details. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks!

HI!

I´m interested to know if this was alreday tested, because I´m still working on an XP 64 system and tried time ago to install and test Maya 2014 and it worked perfectly, even when XP64 was not on the list of compatibility...

I´m interested on install and work with the 2015 version now, but I can´t upgrade my system at this moment.  A colleague said to me that he got the strange message "maya.exe is not a valid win32 application" (???) when trying to open Maya 2015 on XP64, even when the system was on 64 bits.

Is that message a signal of incompatibility or maybe there was another problem with the instalation?

XP is not a combatible OS anymore

Autodesk has stopped XP support going forward

so you will not get help with this
