hello everyone,
I downloaded the student version of myaya 2010. I installed it and entered the Searle number that they gave me along with the keycode and it keeps telling me that I'm entering an invalid zero number. I removed all files from Autodesk from my computer, I then e-mailed Autodesk customer service and they sent me an e-mail confirming my serial number and keycode. I must've tried 30 year plus times to enter this Searle number and keycode and each time the window tells me at the bottom I am entering an invalid serial number. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this software to install.
I'm using maya 2010 as that is the version we are using in school.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi John,
Can you confirm that you are installing the correct software version as well? Can you send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with a screen shot of the installation screen showing the licensing info that's showing as invalid?
