Installation & Licensing

Hey there,

I am a student trying to install maya 2013 on my pc. I am running Windows 7 on a 64bit operating system. I have tried both the 64bit and 32bit installations, but when after windows asks for permission for it to be installed, nothing loads at all, and the process just terminates itself.

Any ideas?

If you are installing on school machine, please ensure you have adequate permission on the local machine.

Refer to here and here on permission requirement for installation.

If you are installing on your own home machine, please try in Diagnostic Mode.
