Maya 2013 install errors

So I am trying to install Maya 2013 32bit on my laptop so I can take it with me and work outside of my office. I purchased 2014 and earlier versions and have them all on my desktop in the office runing 64bit on a fast machine. This laptop is a workstation but older. It has 2010 installed now and works. It is 32bit XP professional on the laptop. I install with the serial number and it finishes successfully. When I run it, the scriot editor pops up with the following errors:

Can anyone assist? Appreciate it

Verify those file locations exist.  You might have to reinstall.  If you do, make sure you install with local admin rights and especially your anti-virus disabled.
