Maya 2011 on Mac OS X 10.6.3 - problem with uploading reference image

Hi!

I just installed a trial version of Maya 2011 on my Mac and am having trouble creating reference image planes.
I placed my reference images in the maya/projects/new-project folder as jpg-s and when i try to access them
from "Create Reference Image Planes V0.0.4" option I can see the jpg-s but I can't select them.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Kata

Please be aware that in testing Maya 2011 and prior releases with the recently announced Mac OS X 10.6.3 operating system, Autodesk has discovered compatibility issues. At this time, Autodesk recommends that Maya 2011 and prior release customers do not upgrade to the Mac OS X 10.6.3. The Autodesk and Apple teams are working closely to resolve this issue and will notify Maya 2011 and prior release customers once the issue has been addressed.

Pls refer to the Qualified Hardware docs for info on the what is/isn’t qualified...or the Mayastation blog.
