Max 2012 hangs on start up on nitrous engine!!

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my max 2012. It hangs on start up screen on Nitrous mode. Does it mean I cant use nitrous forever?! On direct3d i got some issues, like invisible selection region, materials looks different, and open gl is laaagggin my viewport. Any solution?
My asus:
-i7 2670QM 2,2GHz
-8gb ram
-GF540M 1gb
-750hdd
