Installation & Licensing

I bought a new Dell computer and loaded the licsence on it.  I had issues with it and had to send it back to Dell.  They sent me out another computer but i did not think to remove the licsence from the computer before I sent it back to Dell.   I already have one licsence on another computer, which makes this one the second one. What can I do?

The last activation we have on record for your AutoCAD LT 2012 was January of this year which I would assume would be for the machine you've returned and will eventually be wiped-off. Since this will be a second installation for your new machine, what I can do is put in a note on your serial number. If you need to activate again (3rd time) and it prompted you with an error, you may request for manual activation assistance from our Registration and Activation Team.
