Can I have two autodesk license manager/flexlm running at the same time for AutoCad. I have one server presently running it and handing out licenses for autocad 2002/cad overlay/land desktop/map. We are moving the license manager to a different server. I've gotten the new license file for the new server. I want to get the new license server up and running and test it to see if it works before moving everybody over to the new license manager. Would the new license manager cause problems with the one presently working or could I have them both going at the same time.

You are in a state of license agreement violation
with both license managers running.  So, you should get your new license
manager up, move your users on to it then turn off the old one.  The two
servers will not conflict with each other during this time.  Once you are
sure the new license manager is functioning properly you should destroy your old
license file to be in compliance with your license agreement.
