Normally when we install a new server, we run lmtools on the server to get the hostname and Ethernet Address. We then login to the licensing portal, input our network serial number in the format xxx-xxxxxxxx. When I tried to do this over the weekend the portal would either report that the serial number was invalid or report that there had been a system error.
Today when I try the same procedure, the serial number was accepted after about six tries. I was then able to enter the hostname and ethernet address, but unfortunately after a bit of a wait the portal reported an system error. Is there a support line (phone) or email address we can send the information to, in order to receive a new network license file?
Thank you
P.S. I have tried the procedure with Internet Explorer, and Chrome.
yea
