Licensing and Activation

I've just completed downloading and installing Revit Architecture 2012 as a standalone.  When I open it to use it, I get the following notice regarding license

"Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012

Build: 20110309_2315(x64)

License is unavailable.  A license is required to run Autodesk Revit Architecture 2012 on this computer."

What steps are required to get the licensing and activation completed, so I can start using Revit?

Can you hit the R > Key and try to click on "Register?

When I click on R >, down near the close button is a button called "Licensing", but not "Register".  If I click on the "Licensing", there are three buttons to click, the only active button is called "License Infomation" and when I go to that it takes me back to the error message I described in my mesage above.
