Licensing Issue

I've created a second deployment, for my network version of AutoCAD LT98. The deployment works, but when I try to run AutoCAD LT98 from the client PC, I get a licensing error message. The message I get is "FATAL ERROR: Security System(hardware lock or network license) is not functioning or is improperly installed". I did not install License Manager, for the second deployment, believing that the already installed and operational copy of it would work for the second deployment, as it does for the first. Any ideas how I can correct this licensing problem ?

You should not install the License manager
again.  Compare your ACADSERVER setting between the systems that work and
those that do not.  Also make sure that you can ping the license server by
name from the workstation.
