Licenses

How do I find out how many licenses I have?

You'll have to be more specific.

Do you mean how many you own?  How many are activated?  How many are on your license manager and/or how many are in use?

If you want to know how many you own, you can probably login to your Subscription account.  If you want to know how many licenses are on your license manager, you can perform a status enquiry from within LMTOOLS.

You might also consider calling your Reseller if you bought through them.

Do you know your contract number?  Or any documentation of where it was purchased?  Do you even know if you have a Subcription login?  At the very least, do you have a valid serial number from your product?  You will need something to start with.  Don't post anything here in public

You can start here:

Good Luck!

FYI, your link to request a license report no longer works. Any one else done this in the last few days?
