License validation problem

I have a three license subscription and normally have no difficuly vaildating licences.

I have successfully installed 2012LT on two machines, but have a problem with the third.

After pressing the button to validate the license, the screen with two radio buttons comes up, but that is all that displays - no text, nothing.

Has anybody any idea what may be causing this problem?
