License transfer utility on mac doesn't recognize internet connection

My MAC license transfer utility doesn't recognize the internet connection behind our corporate firewall, although it works fine on the PCs.
Any ideas?

Hi Tobias,

The technical solution Destination server IP address for Online License Transfer (OLT) may solve your problem.
