License server

Is there a way to change to a new license server after inventor has been installed on the workstation or will it need to be reinstalled?

When Inventor cannot find the old NLM, it will present you with a license finder box. Simply put in the hostname of the new server and you will be set. You can also create an environment variable that will point to the new NLM as well. Name it ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE and give it the value of @servername.
