License problem

It has started to come several times in a day.
Suddenly comes a message about problem with licende and ask to take contact to the author. Then cad goes down. Sometimes it autosave some of the drawings but never that drawing I am workin it. Is there something doing with win2000 updates? (I use windows update-page)

What version of AutoCAD is it? Is the license on a network server? What is
the error message?

I have Autocad 2002. We have licenses for each computer so it isn't network license.
First comes "Your license is invalid. Please contact your local authorized Autocad dealer"
Then comes: "Fatal error: this product is not property authorized to run on this system."
The office where our firm has bought our products haven't enough knowhow to help me.

In the first instance please ensure you have the
AutoCAD 2002 Service Pack 1 installed.

This can help with intermittent errors such as
those described.
