whenever I install my software and do the initial startup after the completed installation the "Please activate your product" page comes up. it gives you two options, either "try" or "activate".  When I select activate, it goes to the next page which is the privacy policy, I click the box to understand and then hit continue. Then it brings up a partially loaded licensing page which I cannot do anything with. Its a dead end and it happens with all my Autodesk software.

I never had this issue till recently and cannot figure it out.
