License issues after adding 1 license upgrade for Building Design Suite

On the License manager we have upgraded 1 AutoCad license to a Building Design Suite license.

Besides this license we have licenses for Revits Structure Suites and single AutoCad

Now I have the following problem.

I have not yet installed software from the BDS, so all users have Revit form a Revit Structure Suite and AutoCad from the single software package of AutoCad.

Some users are asking for a Autocad 2011 License from the BDS and are not getting it because the one license is already taken.

They are not handed a license from the Revit Strcuture Suite or Autocad Package.

What I do see is that in the license file the Package nrs from the BDS and AutoCad are the same:

How can I prevent users to look to the BDS license and not getting one of the other available licenses.

How do I prevent users to get a license from the highest Suite instead from the lowest suite.

If I want to use one of the additional BDS programs like 3DSMax the license for the BDS will be taken by a standard Autocad user instead of a normal Autocad licens, this way the BDS licens will never be available for 3DSMax

first thing i would try is to generate the whole license file on the same day

and see if that fixes the issue

Darren is right.  Give that guy Kudos.  I would suspect that your debug log file contains errors about features being superseded by others.  To properly combine a Subscription license with cross over products, you have to generate both licenses on the same date.
