License file and Network Deployment problem

Hi all.

We have 4 network licenses for LDT/Civil3D and 2 licenses for AutoCAD in one license file. When I install plain old AutoCAD on a workstation from the network deployment folder, it tries to use one of the LDT/Civil3D licenses and, when there aren't any available, tells me it's out of licenses. Meanwhile a quick query of the license usage tells me there are two AutoCAD licenses available.

How and where do I define what license to use from the license file for each network installation? Or how else do I fix my problem?

Thanks in advance!

Are you installing AutoCAD from the plain AutoCAD disc? Or from the Civil set? That makes all the difference. Each version is encoded with a feature code that tells which license to choose.

I created the image from the plain old AutoCAD disc.

I'm going to try recreating the image today and see if that helps. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
