License Transfer

Hi,

I just recently bought a new laptop since the other laptop crashed. The thing is that the other laptop had the autodesk inventor professional 2014 on it and i forgot to transfer it. Also, we cant get any more licenses because we have maxed out on the number of autodesk inventor's possible per household. Is there any way i can import my license even though i dont have the other laptop anymore? Please help.

Yes.

You can use the online method to activate your license here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/installation-and-licensing

Or you can do so thru your reseller.  The phone activation system is being upgraded at the moment, so it is unavailable at this time.

I wanted to clarify that there is not a way to import a license that has not been exported.  I just gave an affirmative answer based on the fact that, yes, you still can reactivate your license per the instructions of my link.  Sorry if I caused any confusion.

Thanks!
