License Manager Utility crashes when trying to activate.

I am trying to activate 3ds Max 2011 but everytime I enter the activation code and click next the License Utility Manger (LMU.exe) crashes. This happens without fail every time.

I have fully uninstalled everything to do with Autodesk from the system (WinXP Pro x64 SP2), cleaned the Autodesk keys from the registry and cleared off everything hiding in the Documents and Settings folders but this has not had any effect.

I'm out of ideas now short of reinstalling the whole system to see if that solves the problem.

Any ideas?

Try it in diagnostics mode; if you get same error please post the c:\documents and settings\username\application data\autodesk\adlm\*adlm*.log files
