License Error - Error code 110 - HELP

Hi there
(Picture below of error)
I got this error up when i tried to start up Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012 ?
I Reinstalled the program twice with the stand alone license (student Version)
And it comes up with this error
Also when i installed it it came up with "Autodesk Content Librares were not installed"
I Have reinstalled it twice and that did nothing
Any help woud be Apprieciated thanks
