License Error [1.5.-12]

I've installed ADLM on a W2000 Pro machine, received my Auth. # from
Autodesk, and placed the lic file in the proper folder, & did a client
install to create the exe file needed to install on other computers. I ran
the exe file on one computer and it found the license file fine.

I've installed it on another computer and when I reboot and try to launch
Autocad, I receive the following message

Could not get a valid license Error [1.5.-12] Application wasn't able to
obtain license. Choose one of the following
Specify Server, Specify File

I've read through some problems similar to this and tried several things
with no luck. Below are the things that I have tried. Keep in mind that
the installation of ADLM must be correct since it works for one computer. I
did have Mcafee running in the background when I originally installed. I
did Uninstall and , closed everything and reinstalled but with the same
problem.

Tried:
Went to the client and did Telnet CAD 27000 and 2080 and it connected to
both (Don't understand what I'm doing, but I did it)
Checked the lic file on the client and it looks the same as the other client
machine that is working.
I can ping the machine w/ the ADLM installed.
I went to the client machine in the registry and went to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\Environme
nt] and it doesn't have anythng but "Default" listed

Please help? This is driving me crazy.

Thanks,
Greg
