No, that is not possible. Only machines that can make a connection to your
license server are able to borrow a license.

Is it possible to borrow a license on a computer that is not in any way
connected to the license server? ie. Can I somehow borrow a license from our
server before I leave the office and use that license on my laptop at home
that is not connected to the office via vpn or other means. This is actually
for Revit Structure but I don't see any other appropriate group to post to
and it's the same FlexLM license manager.
