I know Autodesk changed its' licensing on educational products, such as the 2010 Educational Master Suite, but what does "License Behavior - Extendable" really mean? We purchased and installed a on-year term version right now, as the perpetual version was almost double in cost and since we have to pay a yearly licensing fee anyway, it seemed like the thing to do at the time.
Does this mean that we can just pay of yearly fee and get a new server license file next year to keep running the 2010 products? It's something I'd like to know now so we can plan ahead. Any insights would be appreciated. I can't seem to find any info on "extendable licensing" on the web so far.
Thanks in advance.
