Licence transfer utility problem Revit

Our company has purchased Revit MEP through one of their
re-sellers. We purchased it with the licence transfer utility.

The re-seller never explained fully how to use this system and
now no-one in our company can access Revit as we've apparently had too many
authorisations.

The way we understand it from the re-seller is that the only way
we can transfer the licence now is to get Autodesk to do it manually each time we
need to do use it.

If this is the case it affectively renders the software useless
to us and has been a great waste of our time and money.

The re-seller appears to have little knowledge of how to use
this system which is compounding the problem.

Can Autodesk help us out with this problem?

Are you using more seats than you own? If you own one seat, you can install and activate one seat on one computer. Two seats for two computers. And so on. You cannot activate and use more seats than you own. The LTU is to move an activated license for one computer to another computer. But it does not entitle you to use more seats than you own. If you wish to install more clients than seats owned, then you should consider the network licensed version. The license manager will handle usage.
