Licence Error 43

Hi,

I'm having trouble with Ecotect Analysis 2011's licence. The image show the error message. I inserted the student licence that I had received from the autodesk students site where I downloaded this software. Also when I try to use Licence Transfer Utility the error is the same. 

Someone can help me?

Hi Rosamaria,

 

It appears that your your product has not been registered and activated yet. That may be why you are getting these error messages.

 

Please, go to http://registeronce.autodesk.com to complete your product registration and activation procedures.

Hi Camilo,

thank you! I followed your suggestion, completing the regitration online but the error is the same (photo). Can you help me again?

Since it sounds like the application is not installed correctly I suggest doing a clean uninstall and re-install.
