Hello. We had a user's laptop get stolen. After replacing the laptop, now we need to get his Autocad software installed and activated on the new one. What do I need to do to get the software deactivated from the old laptop so I can reactivate the license on the new laptop. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You can't. But you can get a new activation code from Autodesk on your new system.
Please call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:
