Laptop Network License Issues

I have one laptop that can successfully connect to one license server but not the other. Both ACAD electrical 2008 & 2009 are telling me out of licenses. However when I query the license manager i get (names of users and machines have been changed)

Flexible License Manager status on Thu 7/10/2008 12:06

[Detecting lmgrd processes...]
License server status: 27000@OURSERVER
License file(s) on OURSERVER: C:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\License\ACAD_E2008enlicense.lic:

OURSERVER: license server UP (MASTER) v10.8

Vendor daemon status (on OURSERVER):

adskflex: UP v11.4

Feature usage info:

Users of 56000ACAD_E_2008_0F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 1 license in use)

"56000ACAD_E_2008_0F" v1.000, vendor: adskflex
floating license

user machine1 machine1 (v1.000) (OURSERVER/27000 101), start Thu 7/10 9:02 (linger: 10322340)

Users of 65500ACAD_E_F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 2 licenses in use)

"65500ACAD_E_F" v1.000, vendor: adskflex

user2 machine2 machine2 (v1.000) (hpshopfloor/27000 401), start Thu 7/10 9:02 (linger: 4939860)

Users of 60300ACAD_E_2009_0F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 1 license in use)

"60300ACAD_E_2009_0F" v1.000, vendor: adskflex
floating license

user2 machine2 machine2 (v1.000) (ourserver/27000 301), start Thu 7/10 9:02 (linger: 4939860)

Users of 52100ACAD_E_2007_0F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 0 licenses in use)

Users of 49600ACAD_E_2006_0F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 0 licenses in use)

Reading this, it appears that both 2008 licenses are in use but there is 1 2009 license in use, correct? If so, I still cannot connect and pull the 2009 license. I tried the registry settings as well as the environment variable both to IP and DNS name

I have also attached the log file from the license server.. again with names changed..

user 3 and machine 3 just cannot get a license from 2008 or 2009 even with the 2008 uses returning the license however machine 3 is able to pull a license from a different license server..

any ideas?

Notice that you have the new licenses with the package feature.

>Users of 65500ACAD_E_F: (Total of 2 licenses issued; Total of 2 licenses in
>use)

So that means only two concurrent users can use any of the AutoCAD features
that are included in that package 65500ACAD_E_F.
