LUC.EXE Cannot install Autocad on New Computer

Hello, we are trying to install a bew version  autocad on a new Lenovo computer and the install is crapping out in the middle. The error is that LUC.EXE is missing.

 

Anyone have any clue?

Welcome to the community.

 

That the library update component.  How are you installing?  Perhaps you should redownload the product from Matt, the virtual agent.

Make sure your laptop meets requirements, you have local admin rights, UAC is off, and anti-virus disabled.
