LMTOOLS Does Not See All Licenses In File

Only 1 user at a time is able to use NavisWorks 2014, although we have two licenses.

When I upload our license file at www.licenseparser.com I can see two seats.  Each has its own unique serial number (removed here for privacy):

However, LMTOOLS does not appear to agree with that analysis.  Even after re-reading the license file and restarting services I still see the same thing

were both licenses generated the same day?

Yep they were both generated the same day.  Through what witchcraft/wizardry did you know that?

I suspect not, since the status enquiry only shows one is available instead of 2.  You might need to get both seats regenerated and combined back into one file.

Happy to report that this is resolved.  AutoDesk provided a working license file.  Here is the LMTOOLS output now:
