Not yet, but it does affect DNS, TCPIP, and Winsock settings. I wouldn't be surprised if there were issues as a result. So far, you're the only one who has mentioned it.
The patch is fairly new and many people may not have it yet. I am not one to patch a server until further testing has been done. I think many people are on this boat.
