LICENSE TRANSFER BUT OLD LAPTOP IS DEAD

Hi

I changed to a new laptop last month

My IT admin is aware of the exporting and importing of Autocad license

However, we could not transfer out the license from the old laptop. There was error message preventing exporting the license

Now that the old laptop is dead, and I cant use autocad 2012 in new laptop

please help
