hi,

I have a little problem,

I want to install Autodesk Inventor Professional on an external Solid State Drive, for a more mobile use of the program.

This way I could use it at my work and school on my laptop. and on my PC which is alot more powerfull for the simulations and finishing etc....

I was only wondering; Is this possible??

no its not

it has to install files to the OS drive to function

I was hoping it would work.

But now I got bigger issues on my hands. After searching the forums I found out that it was not possible.

And so I tried to install, during that my computer went nuts.

Its at a computer shop now.

But thx any way,
