Issues installing

I am using windows xp, and i downloaded the file and it came as a zipped file so when i try to extract it, it will not let me it just says "File skipped unknown compression method" i do not know what to do so can somebody please help me out. Thx

Please try to turn off Antivirus or any security software during the download

please try to use another browser to dowload

Typically a compressed file is the second part of a self-extracting first file.  Are you sure you have downloaded all parts?
