I just finished using the free trial, uninstalled everything and attempted to download the student version for 3 years. I successfully set up the account, got my serial number and product key but every time I've tried to install, the download fails. I know my computer is eligible because I've been using Maya for the past month but I keep running into errors. I need this program for a class and need to know what I can do to troubleshoot. Any help is greatly appreciated.
