Issues installing Building Design Suite 2014

I am attempting to install the Building Design Suite 2014 using my company's Home Use License.  When I try to install, it will insatll Revit, Navisworks and Recap, but not AutoCAD.  I get an error reading"this program and its prerequisites do not support the selected language," or something like that.  I have try installing and uninstalling twice.  I spoke with my IT guy to make sure I did a true uninstall, and it seems I followed all the correct protocal.  When I attempt to install, I get the following (please see attached).

Please try the following:

1.rename following folders, if you find then on your system (e.g old_original_folder_name).

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014

C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014 C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014

2.export following registry keys (if you find them in your system registry) as .reg files for back up purposes and then delete them in registry. To open your system registry editor, go to Search > type regedit and hit Enter key.

Once you remove above mentioned items, please start ACAD 2014 installation as follows:

1.logon with local system admin account

2.empty your TEMP folder. To open TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter key.

3.disable your antivirus software

4 disable UAC (User Access Control Manager)

Having the same issue while installing Structural Detailing 2012, "this program and its prerequisites do not support the selected language,"

I had it installed before and worked fine, after uninstalling and re-installing i get this error.
