I do not seem to be abloe to cownload AutoCAD 2014 properly, and/or install it. Per suggestions of a technical rep at the Subscription site, I went to www.autodesk.com, clicked<contact us>, clicked <customer service>, clicked <Vitrtual Agent "Ask">, selected <Download Links>, and selected teh 32-bit AutoCAD 2014 download. a ".exe" file downloaded, but when I folowed the rest of the rep's instructions (rebott, turnoff antivirus, clear contents of %temp% folder, then reinstall software) I do not find any .exe installation file in dowloads or anywhere else to install.
