Is the PLIST position in a combined lic file important?

Whereabouts should the PLIST be placed in a combined lic file that contains the following (current order)...

9:36:45 (adskflex) FLEXnet Licensing version v10.8.0 build 18869
9:36:45 (adskflex) lmgrd version 11.4, adskflex version 10.8

9:36:45 (adskflex) Server started on XXXXXXX for: 46300ACD_2005_0F

The reason I ask is that our Map 3D 2007 Users are now getting Error 1.5,-18 since the 2008 products where added to the combined lic file. The PLIST entry is ...

Hi,

Have you more information in your log file?
1.5.-18 indicates an unsupported feature.
I always add it at the end of the file.

And here's some more (I have removed the user & computer info). It shows that we can obtain a licence, but it takes a few errors before the licence server gives one to you and there is no indication in the log file the the errors are occuring.

Nothing strange in your log file.
Just for a test remove PLIST from the .lic to see if you have always the
problem?

To my knowledge and experience, the position of the PLIST increment has no bearing on its functionality or the functionality of other licenses. I do, however, recommend that you only have one PLIST line (from the latest license .lic file) and you place it at the end of the file.
