Is Autocad 2010 compatible with windows 7 and microsoft.net 4?

I was installing Autocad 2010 to my windows 7 laptop. I have also installed the microsoft.net framework 4 from this site

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=17851

however, when i begin the installation process, a black screen just pops out and then gone. nothing happened. The installation didn't push through... what could be the problem of the installation process?

PS.

I have also turned off my antivirus.

Yes, it is. Include any installation log files that might be created. Make sure you have local admin rights and UAC is disabled.
