Im trying to load inventor viewer 2013 and am continually getting the following error message.

we have a piece of third party software reliant on this viewer.

Any ideas on how correct this please.

Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

Thanks Travisnave What is the exact program I need to delete in program's and features, and can this effect any other software I am running

Delete .NET Framework 4 and anything related to it.  Use add/remove programs in Control Panel.  Then run the installer again.  Should go this time...  If not, let me know.
