Installer just hangs up and doesn't give me any error message. It is madenning that there is no phone number to call for support on this product especially since we have a lot of Inventor seats here.
Some please help?

Your image shows that it is already installed. What issue are you experiencing?
Also, phone support is typically handled thru a support contract with your Value Added Reseller or your Subscription.
