Inventor Series to Inventor Pro

I am presently running Inventor 2011 Series and have just purchased the upgrade to Inventor Pro Suite 2011.  Do I have to uninstall Series before installing pro or will Pro install over top of series.  Are there any issues I will run into?  Please advise.

Assuming standalone license

You will need to do a clean uinstall of suite and install pro.
