Inventor 2015 will not install

I am having trouble installing Autodesk Inventor Pro x64 on a laptop that has recently been restored to the factory state. The error code I keep getting is 1603 and 1609. I attached the log in case that will help along with a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter!!
