Inventor 2014 Installation Hanging up on Autodesk Recap INstall

Installation stalls when it gets to Autodesk Recap.

 

When I try to open Inventor it is hanging up on libraries loading  I am running Educational version

I would uninstall the software and reinstall it.  I would use a 'browser' download if possible.
