Inventor 2011 Trial Crash

After installing Inventor 2011 Trial with no errors it loads fine but when I Create a new file or open a file it crashes and shows the crash reporter.
I'm on windows x64. My Directx was reinstalled, Flash removed and updated, Video Card divers updated. Still crash when making or loading files.
how can i fix this.

please go to "Application Options"－"Hardward" tabs and change the different options for Graphic setting, also, you can click "Diagnostics" to check if your graphic driver has been certified.

You can also try to turn off your hardware acceleration to see if the problem can be solved.
