Internal error 2738

While attempting to load AutoCAD Inventor LT Suite / AutoCAD LT 2012 on a x64 HP Laptop with Windows 7, I get an error "internal error 2738", a specific solution and preferably a link will be greatly appreciated. Error log attached.
