Installing network Revit 2012 : "Next" button grayed out

The "next" button is grayed out, and I can't continue the install.  Is the serial number a required field for a floating license installation of Revit?

We have an enterprise agreement with Tiers for AutoDesk products.  The different adesk license servers are listed in an environment variable that cascades the servers depending on what product is being launched by a user.  This is the first time we've tried to install Revit 2012 and can't get past this part.

Any ideas?

Hello Bart:

The serial number and the product key fields are required fields. Please obtained the serial number and product key from your network administrator and it will also be a good idea to type in a server name even though you will be using and environment variable.
