Installing/downloading educational version Mudbox 2015 - communication problem

I have disable my firewall and it still comes up with the Communication error. I skimmed through these forums and nearly tried everything and it still hasn't worked.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...

 

Or you can try to download the trial.
