Hey All,
I'm trying to install Infrastructure Design Suite 2015 on one of my workstations. I already have The Infrastructure suite 2013 installed and working but I'm trying to upgrade to the Latest version. My AutoCAD retailer is telling me to install the Network License Manager from the USB that also contains the AutoCAD Software on the server. The Problem is that when I try to run the setup from the USB I get an error that says:
"The application failed to start because the Normaliz.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"
We're running Microsoft Small Business 2003. Can I even install the latest Network Licence Manager on this server? Does anyone know a way around this?
Thanks in advance.

*Technically* it is not supported on 2003 anymore, but that is only because it is retired. I have run NLM 11.12 on 2003 though without issue.
You simply just need to copy the four .exe files to the server and then run LMTOOLS to set it up. You'll need a new LIC file.
For a Quick-Start Guide on configuring the Autodesk License Manager, please see my post for further information:

Travis,
What four .exe files are you copying to the server?
these 4

I downloaded the NLM off the autodesk site and although it was up and running, I still couldn't get my workstation to see the license. After working for three days and talking to a tech from our reseller he told me that based on data we were able to retreive from the LM tools that the program was actually running version 11.10. Now my reseller has stopped returning all my messages and has left me dead in the water with a program that won't work and a looming deadline of the tuesday after memorial day to complete a drawing.
As luck would have it... A stong thunderstorm moved through the area and knocked the power out forcing us to shut down the server. When I turned on the server after the power came back on... everything started working as it should. I think I'll call that divine intervention.
Heres a link to the Network license manger if anyone ever need it
It's the LPv4 file for anyone running small business 2003.
Thanks for all your input. I can start putting the hair back in my head now.
